§ Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Wunza ("the Kit"), you agree to these terms.

• License. You get a personal, single-user license to use the Kit inside your own Claude Code environment, for your own businesses and projects. You may modify and build on it for your own use.
• Restrictions. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the Kit or its skills, in whole or substantial part. Each user needs their own license.
• No warranty. The Kit is provided "as is." It drives an AI agent inside Claude Code; you are responsible for reviewing and approving its actions — especially anything involving money, customers, data, or irreversible changes.
• All sales are final. A free working sample skill is offered before purchase so you can verify quality. By buying, you acknowledge there are no refunds.
• Changes. We may update the Kit and these terms; continued use means acceptance.

§ Privacy Policy

• What we collect. Email (if you join the list or buy), and standard analytics (pages viewed) to improve the product.
• Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Email. Handled by our email provider to deliver your download and occasional updates. Unsubscribe anytime.
• Your rights (PDPA/GDPR). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
• No selling data. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

§ Refund Policy

All sales are final — no refunds. Instead, a complete, working sample skill is available free before you buy, so you can confirm the quality yourself with zero risk. Questions before buying? Email [email protected].
